The registration staff are friendly and helpful, but the behind the scenes people made some serious errors. The errors were mitigated to some extent by the courteous registration staff who did their best to fix the errors.

I made two separate bookings - one for 2 rooms for myself & parents, and a totally separate booking for a friend. The friend couldn't make it, so I cancelled that one room which was the only one on that booking. I even noted on the "reason for cancellation" that it was just one room and that the rest of us on the other booking were still coming. I received the email confirming that one room cancellation. After driving a long 16 hours, we found that all the bookings had been cancelled. The hotel staff were able to find me a room, and found my parents one room in one building one night, then planned to move them to a bigger room for the next two nights. The booking for the second two nights was then lost by the next day, so there was more messing around trying to get my parents a room. It was more stress than I needed after the long drive, probably won't stay there again. The front desk ladies did their best to fix the screwup, and they were very kind, but I can't afford to not have a guaranteed room after that long of a drive.

It was a big let down when I finally got there I flew in after an hour and half waiting at airport for them to pick me up I took a cab no resturant no bar my room was a long ways it look like an old apartment complex and my room was 4 buildings from the office they gave me a gate code to drive threw except I wasnt driving

All of the rooms are like being in an apartment. They also had a hot buffet breakfast.

The internet was slow. On the day of check in a condom was found on bed.
